The Board of Commissioners of Catoosa County, Georgia is seeking one (1) candidate for appointment on the Catoosa County Library Board. The Board of Commissioners requests any person who desires to serve on the Catoosa County Library Board to submit a resume setting forth their qualifications to serve. Each candidate may be asked by the Board of Commissioners to be interviewed for the position. Each candidate must be a resident of Catoosa County, Georgia and above the age of eighteen (18) years.

The Board of Commissioners of Catoosa County, Georgia is seeking two (2) candidates for appointment on the Catoosa County Public Facilities Authority. The Board of Commissioners requests any person who desires to serve on the Catoosa County Public Facilities Authority to submit a resume setting forth their qualifications to serve. Each candidate may be asked by the Board of Commissioners to be interviewed for the position. Each candidate must be a resident of Catoosa County, Georgia for a minimum of two years, above the age of twenty-one years (21), and not convicted of a felony.
REQUEST FOR CANDIDATES FOR APPOINTMENT TO THE BOARD OF CATOOSA COUNTY DEPARTMENT OF FAMILY AND CHILDREN SERVICES
The Board of Commissioners of Catoosa County, Georgia is seeking one (1) candidate for appointment to the Board of the Catoosa County Department of Family and Children Services. The Board of Commissioners requests any person who desires to serve on the Board of the Catoosa County Department of Family and Children Services to submit a resume setting forth their qualifications to serve. Each candidate may be asked by the Board of Commissioners to be interviewed for the position. Each candidate must be a resident of Catoosa County, Georgia and above the age of eighteen (18) years. Per O.C.G.A 49-3-2 (amended via SB 138) the governing authority (Local County Board of Commissioners) shall ensure that all appointments made on or after July 1, 2015, are made from the following categories: 1) Pediatric Health Care Providers; 2) Appropriate School Personnel; 3) Emergency Responders; 4) Law Enforcement Personnel; 5) Private Child Welfare Service Providers; 6) Alumni of the Child Welfare System; 7) Mental Health Care Providers; 8) Former Foster Parents; and 9) Leaders within the Faith-based Community.
