Buster Brown has been employed by Catoosa County since 2005. He served as the Planning & Zoning Administrator prior to being promoted to Public Works Director in 2010. Mr. Brown is a graduate of Ringgold High School and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Administration from the University of Tennessee Chattanooga. Prior to employment with Catoosa County, he worked in the Private Sector as a Manufacturing Manager . He is a member of the American Public Works Association and is a Certified Floodplain Manager. He is married to Kim Brown and has a son and daughter, Davis and Olivia.
