Julia Willingham is the County Extension Coordinator in the Catoosa County UGA Extension office. The Extension office offers programs, information, and outreach in Agriculture and Natural Resources, Family and Consumer Sciences, as well as 4-H Youth. Through county Extension offices, the University of Georgia College of Agricultural and Environmental Sciences helps Georgians become healthier, more productive, financially independent and environmentally responsible. Learning for every day through the cooperative funding of federal, state and county governments, Extension agents are in almost every county in Georgia.

Julia is also the County Extension Agent over the Agriculture and Natural Resources division in the office. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Biology as well as a Master’s degree in Entomology. She earned both her degrees from the University of Tennessee- Knoxville. Julia is a Chattanooga native, however, loves living in Ringgold with her family and two dogs.
