Catoosa County Animal Control provides adoption services for dogs and cats. The department also handles complaints regarding stray or nuisance animals. Please call Animal Control for information on adoptable animals.

As of November 2001, section 14-8 of the Catoosa County Ordinance states that all dogs and cats over 90 days old and kept within Catoosa County must have a registration tag attached securely to their collar or harness. Tags are valid one year from date of issuance and shall not be issued without a valid rabies inoculation.
